  • When are the application deadlines?

    There are no application deadlines, as JWU have rolling admissions, and therefore accept and respond to applicants on a rotating basis.

  • When do the semesters start at JWU?

    • The Fall semester starts in September.
    • the Winter semester in November.
    • the Spring semester in March.
    • the Summer session at the beginning of June.
  • How long are the JWU Master's programs?

    The General MBA is a 2-year program - students can opt for the accelerated one year MBA path.

  • How many credits are in each program?

    • Semester Abroad Program: At least 18 credits (four courses) are to be taken per semester.
    • Bachelor's Transfer Program: A total of 185.5 JWU quarter credits. Students may transfer up to 84 IIHEM credits (equivalent to 126 JWU quarter credits) from courses taken at IIHEM..
    • MBA Transfer Program: A total of 33 credits, 6 of which are taken at IIHEM and 27 at JWU.
  • What is the course load per semester for full-time students?

    • Semester Abroad Program: The normal load is three to four courses per semester.
    • Bachelor's Transfer Program: The normal load is three to four courses per semester.
    • MBA Transfer Program: The normal load is three to four courses per semester.
  • I am working. Can I attend the program part time?

    No.

    International students need to maintain a full-time status, and are eligible to work only on campus for a maximum of 20 hours per week during the academic year, and 25 hours per week during vacation.
